Certain herbs and blossoms we collect ourselves, such as: wild lemon-thyme blooming on fragrant sheep pastures, woodruff under Wienerwald beeches, orange mint from my own garden.

We gladly rely on the professional and high-quality support of Ms Reisinger from Rohrendorf bei Krems who supplies us with sloe, cornel cherries, and many more wild fruit. Our English tea roses we buy of Ms Anna Paradeiser, an organic vineyard owner from Fels am Wagram. Calendula, corn flower, and a large variety of flavorsome herbs we harvest at Mr Peter Lassnig's organic garden in Gänserndorf.

Our top priority and number one rule with all our ingredients is using only high-quality and pure products. Marzipan and chocolate, fruit and spices are practically all from organic farms.
